How to customize the "labels", "read more," "posted by" and "comments" in blogger

This post can be totally useless to some as this is really a feature of Blogger. However, there can still be newbies out there like me who are just finding their way through. I spend so many hours on Google trying to look for a solution on how to change names of the "labels", "read more," "posted by" and "comments"  here in Blogger. I found the answer when I wasn't even looking for it (Remember when you're trying to look for your pen and it can nowhere be found; then when you don't need it anymore, it's all over the house?)

 Anyway, I just wanted to personalize my blog so my readers will be more "at home."

Here's what I did:

Go to Design> Page Elements> Edit (Under Blog Posts)

After you click Edit, this will appear:

From here, you can change:

Posted by to something like "Written by"
Comments to "Views" "Opinions" "Gossips"
Labels to "Categories" "Topics"
Read More to "See full post" "Continue Reading"

I also unchecked the share buttons because I want to remove those small icons at the end of my posts. I wanted my posts to look clean and I think the social networking icons are just too redundant since I already have those links on my sidebar.

Getting Crafty

It's been a while! I've been on a blogging hiatus lately.

So what have I been doing? I got busy making applications, settling some papers, talking to people, asking for help for this and that... Not physically straining but mentally corrupting.

It was about 3 weeks or so when I started making roses out of ribbons. It's one of the things that has been on my mind for so long that I can't wait to get my hands on. A few supplies here and there plus tutorials from the web... Thanks to the very kind people who posted them.

This is an old box I used when I was i college. Now it's a storage for my ribbons and supplies.

Webcamwhoring Is Related to Self-Projection

I and my two siblings just felt like taking pictures the other night. There are moments when you just feel like taking a picture. Huge improvement for me. Since I gained so much weight, I didn't really want to see even my reflection on the mirror. It's depressing. So aren't you happy that I did this? Because I am. :)

In moments like these, I miss my old phone which had a built-in camera. I just can't camwhore as much using a digicam or webcam. :(

Hello Kitty Inspired

Surfing on Pinterest and We Heart It is something that I do on a regular basis. I usually go on those sites to get some inspiration. Recently, I saw this picture:

We got bored one night and guess what follows when idea strikes..

My little sister tried it out, too.

Our version is no match for the original one; we just made ours from used folder and other scraps. Just for fun.
